Vancouver Hilton Lobby Remodel
The City of Vancouver’s Downtown Redevelopment Authority started the project with a design competition between interior designers. An interior designer out of the Los Angeles area won the competition and created a beautiful design for the project.
Livermore Architecture & Engineering was then brought on board to complete the documents, obtain permits, aid in the bidding process, and provide construction administration services. LAE’s expertise in code requirements allowed the project to be permitted after the first plan review cycle. LAE created drawings that had clear, buildable detailing that ensured that the high level of design aesthetic required for the project was followed through in construction.
