Pearson Field Terminal Renovation
Gridwork AE provided architecture, engineering, interior design, and design management services for the complete renovation of the Pearson Field Terminal, owned by the City of Vancouver. The existing facility is a pre-engineered metal building comprising the terminal and two tenant-leased hangars.
The renovation program includes a pilot lounge and multipurpose meeting space, restrooms and showers, office areas, and replacement of exterior siding and windows. Because the project was partially funded by the FAA, it required additional coordination, review, and documentation to meet federal standards.
In addition to design services, Gridwork AE provided conceptual cost estimating and bidding support for this public project.
