Livermore Architecture & Engineering provided design and entitlement services for (2) light industrial buildings in Tigard, Oregon. The projects are located on the same street but separated by a developed property. The owner was interested in utilizing concrete tilt-up due to their familiarity with the system and preference for long-term durability. LAE developed a design that maximized the buildable area of both sites and allows for flexibility for future tenants.
LAE led the site plan approval process and coordinated the work of consultants including civil, landscape, traffic, and arborist. Both buildings are located on small sites with challenging constraints due to grading, vehicle access, and utility access.
LAE also provided the design of the tenant improvements for a materials testing laboratory in the first building.
