Professional Auto Transport – Portland Facility
Professional Auto Transport, based in Southern California, has expanded into the Pacific Northwest market. The company delivers new cars from the Port of Portland to dealerships in the region. This facility, located on a 4 acre site near the port, provides a truck maintenance shop, offices, and storage. The building shell consists of a pre-engineered metal building frame clad in insulated metal panels, aluminum storefront windows, and concrete block. A wood frame mezzanine provides additional floor area for parts storage and offices.
The site design includes new stormwater collection and treatment system using bioswales, new landscaping, and paving for truck parking.
